Alexandre Plokhov Spring Summer 2013

We are still not sure if death has summoned us into the afterlife, or we are in some beautiful dream, but this Spring Summer season continues to be dominated by our style, a dark, noir aesthetic that has taken over the catwalks.
The Alexandre Plokhov Spring Summer 2013 was no different.
The show certainly felt vamped, as if Transylvania and Eastern Europe had amalgamated under the darkest of twilights and produced an aesthetic that was to live on only ever in the night.
The collection had a much more distressed, relaxed attitude to the other noir collections we have seen this Spring 2013 season. This was a refreshing turn and a style that we simply fell in love with.
Menswear is often constricted, but this collection felt effortless and concise. A remarkable collection, warranted by our decision to showcase one of the first menswear collections on Stylenoir for a long time.
