Felder Felder are one of our favourite design talents in the whole industry, but I simply have to apologise to them for not fully paying attention during the Spring Summer collection.
The reason why; When you put the stunning Charlotte Free and the incredible Kate Nash in the same room, in the same show, we are going to get extremely distracted, whilst getting far too over excited.
If anyone wanted to get to the soul of the brand, to experience the heart of Felder Felder it was in this Spring Summer 2013 collection. Sexy, edgy and as rock and roll as ever. The Felder Felder duo created a colossal punch for Spring Summer while others where fading to spring delicates.
We’ve talked about the fashion industry losing the meaning of the word “fashion show” recently. Felder Felder certainly knocked this wall down with a show that was as exciting as it was brilliant.
The collection itself was also refreshing with a unique colour palette and print. The silhouette was flowing but still sexy, with a polished finish. Leather and organza was prominent, in what seems a solid staple for this spring summer.
Every season we attend Felder Felder they never disappoint, on the border of our dark style remit, with their strong ever edgy designs. Whist Kate Nash looked as style noir as could be in all black, lace, fishnets and patent brogues.
