Mandy Coon‘s collection seemed a little soft compared to the colossal Gothic overload that is happening this Spring Summer.

But quite frankly, it showed that Mandy Coon is always ahead, creating a much more delicate noir style this Spring that had us lusting for more.

The textures were simply beautiful, with black leather complimented by organza and silks. The detailing exquisite, from cutouts to subtle harnesses placed under dresses. The leather bunny bag even made a comeback as part of a stunning short black leather dress.

There is a reason Mandy Coon is one of our featured designers. Her exceptional talent combined with her way of creating a subtle dark silhouette whilst innovating every season.

In addition, the cut out metal cuffs were to die for, strong and structured, a perfect accent to the collection and a piece we will be definitely looking for in stores come February.

A fantastic Spring 2013 collection from one of the best independent designers on the planet.
