Gypsy Love Fashions

With the current 'throw-a-way' fashion culture it is proving harder and harder to find one of a kind items that are original, wearable and of course stylish. But at Gypsy Love Fashions we have found exactly that, all produced by only one woman!

Gypsy Love Fashion started back in 2002 when Gypsy Bandsuch was merging her skills as a photography student and a self-taught seamstress. She combined her talents to turn photographs into beautiful tapestries. Fast forward to the present day and Gypsy has adapted and homed her talent into creating custom and 'one of a kind' garments that range from playful & chic tops and skirts to more elegant party dresses that are perfect for those nights out on the town.

Gypsy Love Fashion works in themes instead of collections, creating up to 7 pieces per theme. This keeps the clothing unique and constantly changing which is what certainly keeps this label original and up-to-date. The pieces themselves are adorned with pleats and ruffled layers. Using many different mediums in her designs, Gypsy includes a diverse selection from screen-printing and photo transfers to embroidering and knitting. Fabrics range from white lace to jersey, accented with floral print, polka dot and oversized belts.

The attention to detail and overall great pieces really do stand out, as we are not the only ones who are super impressed. The biggest and best DIY Craft event in the USA, The Renegade Craft Fair has Invited Gypsy Love Fashion to show in September this year. The event is held across four cities, Brooklyn, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Gypsy will be taking part in the Chicago event along side some of the best DIY fashion and arts in the business. The Renegade Craft Fair has been featured in Timeout, URB and the New York Post among others. So make sure if you're nearby you get down and check out her stand from the 12th to the 13th of September.
