So far in 2012 Stylenoir has hit half a million readers; broken a corner of the WWW with our antics with Zombie Boy; been hung on the wall in the London Mayor’s office; been repped by the New York Times and Microsoft… the list goes on. So we thought it was about time to start with a new journey, the Stylenoir Top 10 Creatives 2012. The Creative Director Sarah Shotton is nothing short of a style genius. Her innovative creativity always produces spectacular results. One of those very rare designers that always looks as glamourous as her designs.
The entire collection is as luxurious and dignified as it is decadent and sultry. Take the Tilda Gown for instance (shown left). A gorgeous floor length chiffon gown accented with details of silk, providing the epitome of elegance.
It is that signature style that we love so much about Agent Provocateur. You could even call it an attitude. A daring attitude that never compromises on vision, fearless to create and empower.

SN: Starting from the beginning, when you first started, what did you find the most challenging while working your way up the company?
SS: Everyday was challenging really, because the company moved at such a rate. It was very hands on, you’d be thinking on your feet all the time. I did a fashion degree so I’m self taught when it comes to lingerie, so I just had to learn.
I’ve got a funny story actually, when Joe and Serena got married, I’d only just started and they asked me to take up the hem of Serena … Read More »
