As dark style and Gothic regains its place within the ever moving trend, more and more beautiful macabre editorials are coming out of the woodwork. Keira Knightley was photographed by the incredible Ellen Von Unwerth as a seductive Dark Queen this month.

Ellen Von Unwerth, one of our favourite photographers on the planet simply creates yet another magical wonderland of darkness and seduction all wrapped into a complete aesthetic that makes the reader lust for more.

This entire photoshoot has elements of Joan of Arc, Guinevere and a medieval backdrop, but is styled to perfection. There’s even very similar elements to a new Style noir editorial coming out this month entitled “Maid Of Heaven”, but you will all have to wait to see that piece.
