theyskens theory spring 2013 thumbNew York Fashion Week Spring Summer 2013 continues to reward the macabre among us, with ever more noir, leather and dark style conquering spring. The Theyskens Theory collection was no different, in one of our favourite collections to date.

The Theyskens Theory Spring Summer 2013 collection saw more noir than ever before, a beautiful off white took stage for several looks, but black dominated in a big way.

The shapes were exquisite from well cut tailored separates, to more shapely and textured intermediates.

The blend of knitwear, leather and organza was a beauty to behold, again creating a dark style aesthetic that remained concise throughout the collection.

Cutouts did feature as in many shows this Spring 2013, a trend that is certainly forming on the catwalks at the moment. In short, a noir delight, we can only hope this continues on and into London Fashion Week.
